Jonah Jameson also has something to say about that lame-ass attempt by Robert Bentley, Republican Governor of Alabama, to try and claim that every other court looking at this issue is wrong because they’ve ignored the facts and laws and claims presented by him and his ilk.

There’s a reason that the courts keep handing the GOP-led gay marriage opponents their hats. The GOP has invented facts and claims that are unsupported by science, and they’re all citing to the same bogus claims.

That will be slapped down quick, just like every other request for a stay has been lately. It will be interesting to see Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore order state judges and clerks to defy the federal courts and continue to refuse to issue marriage licenses to or to marry same-sex couples.
