Depending on how you feel about Scotsmen, he’s not entirely incorrect.

The term I sometimes hear people use is ‘cafeteria Catholics’, those who believe that you can pick and choose between the teachings of the Church.

Pisses me off no end. I’m fond of American Catholics.
