For sure. And what are they getting for all this foot stomping? Nothing. It’s basically a minority (not race) caucus in the House and Senate. In the House they’ve barely got the votes even within the Democratic side. It’s weird seeing people complain about Republicans not wanting to compromise yet at the same time I’m seeing Democrats that don’t want to compromise. It’s pretty damn simple. If the Democrats want 250,000 and the Republicans wanted 1,000,000 you get 1,000,000 + 250,000 = 1,250,000/2 = $625,000. Instead it was set down to 450,000 which puts it in line more with the Dem side. Even then they were complaining.
