Yes. They do seem to have quite a bit of editorial freedom. Their coverage of Tahir Square was pretty good. They’ve been pretty critical of the Muslim Bros, and have covered the protests fairly freely. It’s actually not a bad paper but the Muslim Bros seem to be working on a media offensive. Prosecutions for offending elected officials has been increasing.
