From what I can tell Spike is an anti-tank weapon….

Tandem (double) warhead: The tandem double warhead allows for increased penetration, especially against reactive armor, and enables the second warhead to penetrate the target.

It’s an armour piercing round. Whatever hit the roof left a small 1-2 inch deep impression a Spike would have gone through the roof and detonated inside.
