I am just baffled by this. How can one expect that their ideas are worthy of a fair hearing in a political sphere when displaying such blatant, intellectual dishonesty?

If I found Jones to be the only source that backed my desired narrative, I’d do some hard thinking about how I should be changing my narrative.

I don’t think they care anymore about establishing or maintaining credibility. They just want to oppose Obama in the most outrageous way possible. Glenn Beck has been warming them up for this for a long time. Beck’s recycled Birch Society conspiracies aren’t any more outrageous than what Alex Jones has been peddling. In many cases Beck rips off Jones’ conspiracies. Fox News watchers no longer see Alex Jones as anything unusual because they’ve heard it all from Beck before.
