I stand corrected-the information I referenced my be somewhat out of date. I tend to be somewhat skeptical of charities because there are so many-even well intentioned ones out there that are not well run.
I was also unaware of how little know the LRA is. (Irony alert!) It has been on the news here and there for years, and so disgusting that I would have thought people would have noticed.
