I thought the final excuse was that they “saw” the original documents, were unable to make xerox copies, and then re-created them “from memory” using a word processor.

Anyone who can insist that this document is from 1973 is Orly-Taitz-strength crazy.

If one is making excuses like that in journalism, why pretend to have sources at all?
