Which ignores the fact that opposition research exists. If the Brat campaign thinks that they can scrub everything they’re idiots. Someone on the Democratic side has been keeping records of every batshit thing he’s posted on FB, tweeted, written, and said. They’ve got videos and transcripts of all his interviews.

None of that guarantees a Democratic win, obviously. Cantor’s district is a solid red. But it doesn’t do Brat any favors, either.
