if you’re staying home, I would also make sure that he doesn’t know where you live and to be sure, if he’s dismissed, the HR department should be sending out a notice to make sure he doesn’t press a co-worker for more personal details about you… sorry, you HAVE to take this seriously, but then again, they opened the damn door here, they should be taking extraordinary steps to ensure not just your safety but that of all of the employees. Your own security staff should know that he’s persona-non-grata as well as the local LEOs.

Make sure that you have protection at home, windows and doors secured, alarms set… you may even look at taking time out of town… it sounds that serious to me…
