I see in other good news today that the SCOTUS smacked Oracle hard. Back when Sun created Java the use of it like Google did in Android was one of many things they had in mind. Oracle, OTOH, is a classic monopolist that want everyone tied up tight and expensive. Well, 6-2 says “not quite”. No surprise that Thomas and Alito dissented.
