I’m curious as to why so many are convinced that the Obama Administration is particularly interested in gun control. I’m an Obama supporter, and I have no knowledge of any policy he’s promoting, or has supported in the past, which would justify such an idea.

Come to think of it: why bring the issue up at all?

Really? In what part of the country? Gun control was last a hot-button issue in the ‘80’s. I can’t remember the last time any substantial number of voters seemed concerned with the issue.

The MSM will run with bloody, violent stories, as they have for a couple of centuries, for obvious reasons. But equating such reporting with the idea that…some significant number of people care enough about gun control anymore to make it an issue…I’m not seeing it.
