Sad thing, there will be the usual excuse makers.

How soon before someone says, the video doesn’t show it all. Or, we don’t know what he did and why he was running. Or the classic, what was he doing the policeman got involved? He must have been up to something or been a felon and refused to stop when the cop told him to stop. Just think of all the people that might have been protected.

Pulled over on a family court warrant, several arrests for failure to pay child support, but the only case of violence on record was an A&B arrest back in ‘87. So yeah, I suspect we’ll be told that “something” must have happened in between being pulled over and the start of the tape. Look for suggestions that the video is “incomplete,” that the source has footage that would exonerate Scott but is withholding it.
