All the words seem right, but you know there’s a catch.

it’s very much built around the personality of Maryam Rajavi. Back in the day, her husband Massoud Rajavi also, but he’s been missing for some time now.

The thing that annoys me the most about this is that looking at it even from a completely selfish “realpolitik” point of view, allying ourselves with such a group makes zero sense because it’s not in our best interests (due to the reasons mentioned in previous comments). The MEK on the other hand would benefit politically.

If anyone thinks a group that previously assassinated & bombed those it disagreed with, and even turned on it’s own people during wartime would somehow be kinder, gentler, more reliable allies than the IRI, you might want to think again. Iranian politics—ugh.
