We see it with farmers. Businesses failing due to tariffs. Factory workers losing jobs. Nothing shakes their devotion to this con man who could murder someone on Fifth Avenue. Seriously we need to understand how so many became radicalized

The repeal of the fairness doctrine allowed the rise of rightwing propaganda first in the form of talk radio epitomized by Rush Limbaugh. Its success probably helped with the launch of Fox News, then the rise of the internet provided a torrent of even more extreme hate propaganda.
