Anyone familiar with the gun laws there? Is it possible the perp couldn’t get his hands on a gun at all? (Not being snarky or anything, just curious.)

I wonder about a lot there…Guy is carrying a axe and Knife breaking into a house.. He gets shot in the right knee?
Maybe the police backups brought Coffee and Donuts to the scene…
I know one thing..I haven’t lived here that long But if you break in to a house in Indiana you will most likely be on the business end of a shotgun and your right knee will be the least of your worries…
