Apparently he has to sit out any cases that involve children. The cases would be covered by a substitute judge.
They looped the story and interviewed the girl and her mother on MSNBC today.
The dad doesn’t think he did anything wrong.

Let me guess, he thinks he’s the one who has been victimized because the victims said something about his victimizing her. e_e
