I really do think Obama should just refuse to sign it. We will not keep inching along the debt limit so that the GOP can nickle and dime us into the Gilded Age. Either give us a clean increase or let us default.

I was thinking the same thing. Part of the GOP strategy, IMO, is to wear down the public.

You know how sometimes you give into the 4 year old screaming “I WANNA ICE CREAM CONE!”, just to shut them up? I honestly think that’s what the game plan is.

Because, in general, the American people are too impatient/clueless/stupid to see it for what it is.
