LOST may be fiction, but known reality is stranger than your description suggests. For example, regardless of the known basics of gravity that you describe, the damn thing is way too weak, and perhaps that is because it leaks from one of many other dimensions. 9 or 10 or 11 or whatever.

There’s more, and LOST is as much about finding the clue as it is the science/fantasy.

The Beauty of the LHC is our future ability to Collapse Dimensions at high energies to test these theories…I’m think we can test the brane theory soon.
I have issue with some papers on red shift and measurements.. And align with a few heretics….It’s this simple…Mass effects light..You know that old chestnut.. A black hole is so dense light can’t escape?
Ask yourself..If all the mass in all the universe at the big bang was at one point in time…How fast do you think light was traveling?
It sure as heck wasn’t traveling as fast as it does today….Mass stretched light from the red because of mass..
So..And this is where this will really get you in trouble..Some believe the speed of light has been a variable speed over time…
Thoughts like that will get you blackballed…
