That is what has Newt up now. He can always say something that sounds like he knows what he is talking about. You’ll never see him sitting there with his eye twitching looking befuddled.

Which is a sort of terrifying thing to say, when it comes to ‘qualifications for the GOP nomination’. You’d sort of think that was the FIRST requirement.
