Export is going to happen - the Chinese are already trying to corner that market, and the US export business on nuclear power would be helped immeasurably if the US started approving and building and starting up new nuclear power plants.

There are competing sources for just how much uranium is out there and recovery costs - it’s a boom/bust cycle but if nuclear takes off again, the costs for uranium per ton will increase (as it’s done in the past), but as for how much is out there, it all depends on efficiencies of how much is needed for a given megawatt of power and the cost to refine that uranium.
