Lamb Rogan Josh is a good choice, and I also like the Korma flavors of curry (chicken/lamb/goat). But biryani is definitely my favorite Indian dish, and I recently learned how to make a variation of it. My wife bought a 1 lb bag of basmati rice, so I suspect I’m going to be busy cooking this year.

Yeah biryani is by far my favorite too. So good. With Indian food, I think rice makes the dish work.
