Here’s the thing: It’s not a singular vote that just happens and she needs to spend time building up support for. It is a vote that takes place after weeks or longer of hearings devoted to establishing the basis for each article of impeachment. That she won’t take the step of starting those hearings, instead settling for remarks like how Trump is “not worth it,” may be politically safe but it’s also giving the impression that the DNC is afraid of him.

What do mean “not starting those hearings”?

Mueller is next week. McGahn they’ve subpoenaed, Trump wants to forbid it, but ultimately it’ll be McGahn’s decision. The tax returns question will go to the courts, and that can slow things down, but the law is clear.
