No, it’s clearly relevant and important. I want every damn war criminal out there run down and kicked in the ass. However, it’s being used by certain parties to paint Muslims—not the KLA, but Muslims—as the bad guys of the conflict. These are the same people who shrug off atrocities by Christian groups in the same war. They claim Srbrenica was self defense. They have an agenda, and that agenda is to condemn Muslims.

No, the US DID support the right side in coming to the aid of the Kosovo’s - Clinton had it right. Srbrenica was terrible… and if memory serves me right, A NATO force under the command of a European pretty much stayed on the sidelines during the whole terrible episode. Sure, they were out-gunned but they did nothing to remotely halt the slaughtering.

I was still in the USN reserves… I very much remember some of the oplanning that went on in case my unit was called up.
