I’m trying to look at Pammie’s arguments against the new Park51 imam Adhami. Mostly she goes on and on about Adhami’s “ties” to Siraj Wahhaj, consisting mostly of praise Adhami offered for SW as well as the fact the he apparently designed SW’s mosque (as an architect).

There’s an informative article in WSJ about Wahhaj, which is behind the pay wall, but you can find the full text by searching for the headline “One Imam Traces the Path Of Islam in Black America”. He seems to be a shady figure, who was a character witness for the Blind Sheikh. (Pammie et al. emphasize the “unindicted co-conspirator” in WTC 1993 bombings angle, but that’s basically nothing as far as I’m concerned; first of all, “unindicted co-conspirator” is basically a weasel term when it applies to someone who doesn’t have immunity - have evidence - prosecute!; second, the WSJ gives the name of the list as the list of “unindicted persons who may be alleged as co-conspirators”, so it’s not even an u.c. list, strictly speaking). It remains to be seen how this all develops.
