Good to see that the Supreme court isn’t as far right as some (including me at times) fear … I just hope they vote this liberally when Gay Marriage is put before them as well…

The two are not that similar. This ruling is an absolute no-brainer. So I’ll go out on a limb and say that it will have been a 9-0 decision if they took a vote.

When gay marriage comes before the court, the case will have to be argued. The court won’t simply affirm some lower court decision.

And now, I’ve got to go check if my guess was right.
