What makes him think Obama will take the bait? He’s not the first one who tried to ‘poke’ him with the nirther crap, and the last one to try it (Trump) got the red-ass in public for it.

And Perry’s nowhere near as smart as Trump. (That’s a very low bar, I realize, but it’s the truth.)
