Neuro-linguistic programming… all the huh, du, aaaa, stammer and stutters, it breaks up the neural tracks, after a few minutes you can’t even connect the directions he’s going.

I don’t think he is doing it on purpose, but it effectively causes some of the same things to “click” (or “unclick”) as when someone is using Neuro-linguistic programming.
