He sorta shows he is not up to date on the details when he writes:

This is the first blueprint of Auschwitz-Birkenau. You can see the entire chain of signatories, all the way up to Hitler’s deputy Himmler.

At this point it’s not yet an extermination camp even theoretically and the plan doesn’t have any gas chambers or crematoria. So as far as the Holocaust is concerned, this particular document is not that interesting.
