I choose to believe he freaking knows better. It’s far easier to spread hate than to, you know, do stuff that could actually better people’s lives. At the same time, I accept your point about highly educated folks. Back in my journalism days, I remember a lady with a PhD who served on the local Social Services Board constantly bringing up some UN conspiracy theory.
