Severe flooding in Tennessee.

What a terrible way to lose a family member or friend. Keep those without shelter in your thoughts. A lot of this was textbook flash flooding. It absolutely came on faster than they could respond.

Years ago we had a week long rain storm. By the end of the week the flash floods were all over. An elderly man went to his car to go to the store. As he was getting in to his car a wall of mud came down the hill and washed away his house with his wife in it. They never found her.
