Back when I temped, I worked for an architect’s office. Nobody seemed happy there other than the head of the agency. He also was never there.

And yeah, more than 1/2 the staff were on visas, the other half were right out of college.

Knew a company which staffed IT help desk people using guys straight out of the military because it knew they wouldn’t know how much they were worth. Usual turn over rate was 6 months before they moved on.
