Oh, I’d say a lot of what we’re experiencing is the outcome of the ill-considered and lazy formation of the rights of corporations from the rights of individuals. It’s just so obvious that the two groups have very different powers and vulnerabilities, and that a very, very fundamentally different set of rights is necessary for each.
