Yeah the Jaguars got slammed for that but it was the right move. I have nothing against Tebow personally but merely being a great college player doesn’t mean you’ll be a great NFL player. I really hated this idea that the league had it out for Tebow because of his religion. And then those same people bitched about Michael Sam who didn’t get nearly as many chances in the NFL and I’m willing to concede that talent was why Sam never really succeeded and not his sexuality though I wished him well of course since he had a difficult road ahead of him as the NFL’s first openly gay player.

Sam was SEC defensive player of the Year. Tebow won 2 National Championships.

The college game is way different than pro. I only watch college because in my mind it’s more pure. blah blah blah!
