Wow, you know the tide is shifting when Dowd has something critical to say about the one.

I noticed this little quote from McCain in that article -I’m disappointed to read it.

$2 million “for the promotion of astronomy” in Hawaii, as McCain twittered, “because nothing says new jobs for average Americans like investing in astronomy.”
