I don’t know. I’ve got a form I need to fill out, send to my father to sign, then have it notarized before I turn it in. Trying to figure out the logistics of how to get it done.

Your father will have to go someplace (his bank perhaps) and sign in front of the notary. If they don’t know him personally they will require ID.
