Argh. I need to come here for a brain cleansing. Just was in the edge of a flame war with a ditz at a war games site (board war games - Squad Leader & the like). There’s a monthly thread listing the military history books we’re reading so that others can get ideas of whats good, bad & dreck.

SO ditz pops up pushing Buchanan’s “Churchill, Hitler, and The Unnecessary War” as an Important work of Truth! Needless to say, various folks called him on it and before long he was going full bore denier & calling David Irving a martyr. Barf.

So good to have a place like this at these moments… & Foo on the ditzy dude.
