The Obama Administration uses PM(perception management) instead of PR (Public Relations). It is an evil form of manipulation, in my opinion. It’s been used before. I swear it is the only explanation I can come up with for why over half of Americans follow this guy. Smart? Maybe. Brilliant? No. Master manipulator? Definately.
