I keep wondering why a U cop is making traffic stops. Seems quite outside of his job description.

All I can think of is Tensing is a power monger and just likes to be a bad cop. Pretty strange that he has the attitude he has and at a young age. I guess I always thought a cop could turn bad from years of dealing with bad people and start to think everyone is bad. Tensing seems to come pre-loaded with attitude.
