Hamas won’t accept a ceasefire until it starts hurting their leadership, both political and military. Once they start to bleed, in a significant way, they’ll be looking to any solution out of their quandry.

Their weapons are increasingly ineffective thanks to Israel’s Iron Dome system; I’ve read earlier today that Israel is now actively going after the Hamas leadership.
