Glad you’re here—Texas question—how is Wendy Davis doing against Chip Roy? I forgot she was running, and I always liked her. Just got an email about a Chicks/Connie Britton event next week and signed up (because I’m a sucker for these online events and I love the Chicks!)

Wednesday October 21st at 6pm CDT for our “Chicks for Wendy” event? Aptly named because we’ll be closing out this election with a star-studded, woman-centered grassroots event featuring The Chicks (formerly known as The Dixie Chicks) as well as one of my dearest friends, Connie Britton, who you probably know from Friday Night Lights and Congresswoman Veronica Escobar (TX-16)!!!
