What does “coming in 25” mean?

Military radio jargon, back when the strength of a signal was a 5 on a couple of meters with needles, and it really is 5 by 5, not 25.

As long as I am 5 by 5 and not with a 2 x 4 I will breath a sigh of relief. ;)
