Fracked up weekend.

Got to Houston last Thursday, and was in baggage claim when I tripped over somebody’s laptop bag and hit the floor. Beat the shit out of my knees and left hand, 4 stitches in lip, right arm in splint. ER doc said it wasn’t broken but had it looked at again when I got home, the bone is cracked, but it is a non dislocated fracture. Got a better splint and a sling and follow up in two weeks.

I still did my speech, but I looked like a train wreck. I’m on blood thinners, so I am bruised to high heaven. Was thinking about getting my bag, finding bus to hotel, and just wasn’t watching where I was going - so it’s all my own damn fault.
