With Kevin McCarthy being elected as Majority Leader, the folks at wingnut central are pondering this in their usual rational style.

The Freepers don’t seem too thrilled about this. But then again, they are the wingnuttiest of the wingnuts.

I checked back when McCarthy was pretty much crowned the new Majority Leader after Sessions signaled he didn’t intend to run and got pretty much the same vibe. IIRC, they were spitting nails over his signing off on the non-partisan redistricting of California that cost the GOP several seats.
