She (Palin) really carries quite the grudge against Obama doesn’t she? That she felt the need to bring Obama into the Dolezal story says a lot about her. And comparing this to Senator Warren is also bullcrap too. Warren made the mistake of claiming family legend was fact. And Palin’s own husband is the one they loved pointing out was Native American even though he was only an 8th. She really is a very hateful woman. Bitter that in teh annals of history that history will remember Senator Warren and President Obama better than she will be.

Elizabeth Warren never expected any special treatment for her (as it turns out, imaginary) Native American blood. The only reason right-wingers can imagine for admitting any non-Northern European ancestry is to get some kind of Affirmative Action grift—as they do every day just for being what they are.

I’m 1/8 Choctaw, and I can prove it. My great-grandmother was straight from the reservation—I gather she never really learned to speak English very well. Have I ever even marked that on a form? No.
