Going back to check the NYT’s coverage about Clinton’s health (in the same time-frame as Trump’s comically false letter) and man….the amount of editorializing and brutally negative insinuations. pic.twitter.com/umO6D9ZuNt

Every time she tried to bring up the incredible double standard for Trump, the media described it as ‘deflecting’ and ‘changing the subject’. pic.twitter.com/F7V1IWdDwa

WaPo’s coverage (or at least @thefix’s) was more of the same. pic.twitter.com/YuODtFbMao

just unbiased reporters saying, ‘this threatens to play into the ongoing narrative; you can’t trust the Clinton’s (of which we are not at all responsible for, no sir)’ pic.twitter.com/o4eU15RXjw

No, editorializing here. Just a straight up speculation on her motives and tying 3 ‘scandals’ together to make a coherent narrative. But it’s on all you people if you conflated EMAILS and CLINTON FOUNDATION and WIKILEAKS together, not us reporters. We have 0 responsibility. pic.twitter.com/4xE1kjhf0d

ANd yet, it persists that Clinton is the only one re-litigating 2016 and is the sole thing wrong with the current atmosphere and she needs to both shut up and to take responsibility openly and repeatedly while wearing a hair shirt, or else.
Meanwhile, we literally can’t get a single mainstream reporter to call a Trump lie a ‘lie’.
