Charles has already linked to both my relevant articles (the Jatras and Trifkovic files; the third Spencer-related one is too long, poorly written, and contains no smoking memo). I’m most grateful for his directing of readers to my investigative research.

Perhaps it’s time I write a new one though. Both Paul Weyrich, for whom Spencer worked until his death, and Bishop Artemije, for whom he still works, have colorful pasts of their own. I’ve already done the research; it would be a matter of merely presenting it intelligibly enough for a reader to be able to connect the dots… The greater picture emerging is not pretty, I’ll tell you that much. But I’m so lazy and these days Spencer scarcely outrages me enough to push me over the edge and spur me to write about him. He’s just boring… I’ll try to kick my own ass into getting this research out there though.
