Amazing, center truck no signs of bomb shrapnel damage.

That side panel would have be shredded by the shock wave alone.
Look at the crater. That’s hell of hole. The one story building behind the truck shows no damage. Look at the build behind that. Windows on the 3rd and 4th floor are intact. No glass facing and that close to an explosion big enough to make that crater would survive.
