How much would you need to settle and keep your mouth shut? Because things on the Internet tend to live forever, I don’t think I would have settled for less than $5 Million. You want enough money to move, and incur no loss; cover loss of work, time, etc.

And, of course, Twitter hasn’t cancelled either account, even though it’s a clear violation of their TOS, so they may have a case against Twitter, too.
