Well, the problem isn’t just setting aside winner take all. It that the GOP is in a position to be selective about which states to do it in. They can simply grab EVs in places like PA, VA, WI and OH, and the democrats have no counter moves (no presidential red state are ruled by Democrats at the state level).

If the GOP were to propose that all states move to this system, I’d still disagree, but I would not oppose it with the white hot fury of a thousand suns.

What’s actually on the table though? Having no desire to get immediately banned, ‘outrageous and totally unacceptable’ will have to suffice.

I really hate the shenanigans the GOP tries to pull. Geez, you can only quit ‘em once.
